The main idea is to put into practise a circuit of "talent-catching" around the country. This process is carried on by a general co-ordinator who is in charge of the relationships among the several institutions in the country. He controls each summoned player and publishes the project giving talks as well. In this way, he can be in touch permanently with the parts involved. The selector is also part of the process, he plans the visits to different regions, informs the co-ordinator about the criteria in which the selection is based, visits the regions to actually carry on the tests, makes the reports of each test and organises the arrivals of the players from other provinces.
