Every year the Club Deportivo Mac Allister organizes a national Every year the Club Deportivo Mac Allister organizes a national recruiting of young players with the participation of first division teams soccer coordinators from Boca Juniors, River Plate, Argentinos Juniors, Estudiantes de La Plata, Banfield and Chacarita Juniors. Soccer coordinators from Europe are also coming to this important event .
This year we open again the invitation to young players from all over the world whose dream is to play in Argentine soccer.
We summoned all the players of the world to this recruiting so they could have the opportunity to be part of Argentine soccer. In order to improve the possibilities of being selected, we offer an intensive camp to take place before recruiting in which we are going to focus on improving their skills.

The event will take place on december
10th, 11th and 12th

On december 10th they will have the opportunity players who were born in 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1993.
On december 11th they will have the opportunity the players who were born in 1994, 1995 and 1996.
Finally on december 12th will be the turn for players who were born in 1997, 1998 and 1999.

On July 28th and 29th 2009 took place the Second winter recruiting, and it was totaly successful. More than 400 youths could demonstrate his capacities to coaches of the following clubs: Boca Juniors, River Plate, Estudiantes de La Plata, Asociación Atletica Argentinos Juniors, Banfield, Sarmiento de Junín, Chacarita Juniors and Proyecto Barcelona. Participated in this occasion youths from San Luis, Cordoba, Santa Fe, Chubut, Rio Negro, Salta, San Juan, Mendoza, Misiones, Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Venezuela, Colombia and from the United States of America, USA. Many of these players were preselected by the mentioned clubs for later tests in Buenos Aires where they will train in the establishments of AFA of the respective institutions.

Big success for
VI National Recruiting 2007

"Colo" Mac Allister and Gerardo Salorio (Professor five times youthful world champion and current responsible for the development of youth soccer of AFA).

Between December 6 and 9 of 2007 in Club Deportivo Mac Allister took place the VI NATIONAL RECRUITING. More than 700 youths from different points of the country attended the popular event. Young soccer players from Misiones, Cordoba, Santa Fe, San Juan, Mendoza, Rio Negro, Neuquén, Buenos Aires concurred and showed an excellent level of game. They were observed by representatives of different clubs of professional soccer (Boca Juniors, River Plate, Estudiantes de La Plata, Argentinos Juniors, Banfield, CAI and Chacarita) and also by representatives from Italian and Austrian soccer, as well as the coordinator of youthful National selections professor Gerardo Salorio. During four days the youths were very excited to have the possibility of being chosen to continue their sporting careers in professional soccer and many of them either have programmed tests to define their situation. Other were confirmed to join theirs new teams in January to the preseasons that the clubs are making.
 
We appreciate the presence and collaboration of all those who participated in one form or another in this event that year to year grows and improves its level of players and  organization.
